Lolo was Kelpie out of our 2022 Sea Monster Litter. Throughout her puppyhood and evaluations I knew she would make one heck of a companion - maybe even a service prospect. She blew me away with her solid temperament, loving nature, and of course her looks. It took quite a bit to decide on keeping Breeze in my home rather than Lolo. But, the perfect family with two young kids and a marathon runner Dad popped up - my gut told me she was the right choice for them.
Luckily, Lolo's family is local to us and when they saw her siblings's success in the show ring, they asked if Lolo had show potential as well. I jumped at the opportunity to get her in the ring and at her second show, Lolo bagged a 5pt Major for Winners Bitch and Best of Winners. She has gathers some single points at smaller shows and two Reserves at specialties.
Lolo got her second, 5-point major at the Weimaraner Club of Albuquerque's Specialty in May 2024. I am so excited to finish the championship on Lolo and watch her pull her family into more sports. They'll be trying Barn Hunt next - hopefully she can channel her critter-getting skills into some ribbons for her family!
